CoachingHer creates a social environment in which women can balance their career and family. Through targeted coaching and a Europe-wide network, the project supports women in developing their leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Why CoachingHer
Many women face the challenge of reconciling work and family life. While Italy has one of the lowest female employment rates in Europe, there is still a significant gender pay gap in Germany despite a more developed welfare system. CoachingHer offers a concrete solution to these challenges through tailor-made training and coaching programs.
CoachingHer not only builds knowledge and skills, but also creates sustainable networks that accompany women on their career path in the long term. Through an innovative mix of coaching, networking and skills development, the project contributes to the social and economic integration of women and promotes a society in which equality is a matter of course.
