In recent weeks, workshops were held in Germany and Italy as part of the Erasmus+ project CoachingHer. The participants had the opportunity to engage deeply with topics related to personal growth, balancing work and family life, and developing their own professional paths.
The workshops offered not only practical input and new ideas, but also a valuable space for exchange, connection, and mutual support. The international setting clearly showed that many challenges are shared across countries and that new perspectives, encouragement, and collaboration can make a real difference.

In terms of content, the workshops focused on key skills that help women strengthen both their personal and professional lives. These included time management and organisation, resilience and stress management, flexibility and adaptability, communication and negotiation skills, and digital competences. Important attention was also given to self-care, mindfulness, support networks, decision-making, empathy, self-confidence, and problem-solving skills. These topics are also firmly anchored in the CoachingHer curriculum.
Practical exchange and shared learning in two countries
In both Germany and Italy, the workshops placed a strong emphasis on practical exercises, personal reflection, and collaborative learning. Participants were encouraged to bring in their own experiences, reflect on challenges from everyday life, and gain fresh inspiration for their future paths.
What made the workshops especially valuable was the connection between practical input and personal exchange. They highlighted how important it is to recognise one’s own strengths, become aware of personal boundaries, and at the same time stay open to new opportunities for personal and professional development.

International cooperation as a real added value
The meetings in Germany and Italy once again showed how enriching European cooperation can be. Different perspectives, diverse experiences, and complementary approaches created a lively exchange and made the workshops a meaningful experience for everyone involved.
Topics such as building support networks, emotional strength, decision-making, and social competence especially benefit from direct exchange between people who listen to one another, learn together, and build mutual trust. These aspects are also clearly reflected in the project content.

Impressions in images and video
In addition to photos from the workshops in Germany and Italy, the short video clips produced in Italy offer an authentic glimpse into the atmosphere of the project activities. They show an open, motivating, and supportive environment in which collaboration, reflection, and shared growth played a central role.

Strengthening women together
With the workshops in Germany and Italy, the CoachingHer project has taken another important step forward. Participants were able to strengthen essential skills, build new connections, and take away valuable inspiration for their future journeys.
CoachingHer once again shows how important spaces for exchange, development, and mutual support are, especially for women who face many demands in their professional and family lives. The workshops did not only provide knowledge, but also encouraged participants to continue their paths with greater confidence, awareness, and determination.
