CoachingHer Closing Conference and Webinar: The Final Project Phase Takes Shape

On 19 February 2026, the international CoachingHer team met online to make the final preparations for the last phase of the project. As CoachingHer approached its final month, the meeting focused strongly on completion, visibility, and sustainable impact.

At the centre of the discussion were the plans for the closing conference and the transnational online webinar, as well as the question of how the project’s results and developed resources could be shared as effectively as possible. This reflects the core idea of CoachingHer: not only to strengthen women, especially mothers, through training and coaching, but also to create long-term opportunities for exchange, support, and new perspectives.

The final phase of CoachingHer

With the February meeting, the decisive final stage of the project began. After training sessions, coaching activities, and intensive collaborative work, the focus now shifted toward making the results visible and preparing for a sustainable legacy.

This phase shows clearly that CoachingHer is more than a short-term project. It is designed to support women in their personal development, strengthen their self-confidence, and open new professional perspectives.

Preparing the closing conference and the transnational webinar

A central topic of the meeting was the preparation of the final conference and the transnational online webinar. Both formats are important for presenting project results, sharing experiences, and extending the impact of CoachingHer beyond the direct project activities.

A transnational webinar is especially well suited to the European dimension of the project. CoachingHer brings together partners from Germany and Italy and promotes exchange, mutual support, and cross-border learning.

Disseminating results and making resources visible

Another key point of the meeting was to explore new ways of disseminating CoachingHer results and resources. This is particularly important because the value of a project lies not only in the activities themselves, but also in how successfully methods, insights, and materials are shared more widely.

By making results visible, CoachingHer can continue to inspire and support women beyond the immediate circle of participants.

Quality assurance as an important part of the process

Alongside the conference and webinar preparations, quality assurance was also an important aspect of the meeting. In the final stage of the project, it is essential to ensure that all activities are coherent, effective, and well documented.

This is especially relevant because CoachingHer is built on several interconnected elements: a 20-hour training programme, group and individual coaching, and the creation of a community and network of women and coaches. To make these elements sustainable, careful reflection and quality assurance are needed until the end of the project.

Building an online community for coaches

A particularly exciting element of the meeting was the continued development of an online community for coaches. This point highlights that CoachingHer aims to be far more than a temporary training programme.

The project seeks to create a lasting coaching community and a network of women and coaches for exchange, peer learning, and sustainable support beyond the official duration of the project.

More than training

CoachingHer is more than a traditional training programme. It is a supportive journey toward greater balance, resilience, and opportunity for women and mothers.

In its final phase, it becomes especially clear that CoachingHer is not only about sharing knowledge, but also about creating relationships, dialogue, and structures that can continue to grow.

Looking ahead

The meeting on 19 February 2026 was another important step toward the conclusion of the project. With the preparation of the closing conference, the transnational webinar, the dissemination of results, and the continued building of the online community, the final phase of CoachingHer is taking clear shape.

We look forward to making the next steps visible, sharing the results, and inviting even more women to discover their own strength through CoachingHer.
