CoachingHer Project Closing: Exchange, Networking and a Strong Final Phase
On 10 February 2026, CoachingHer reached another important milestone: the workshops and coaching sessions with the participants were completed. This marks the beginning of the final phase of a project designed to help women—especially mothers—better balance family life, personal development, and professional goals.
An intensive and empowering journey now lies behind us. At the same time, the focus is already shifting toward the next stage: exchange, networking, and a shared closing moment for the project.
An important milestone in the Erasmus+ project
CoachingHer was created to support women in Germany and Italy by offering practical guidance for both everyday life and work. The completion of the workshops and coaching sessions marks the end of a key phase of the project and highlights how the different elements of CoachingHer work together.
The training programme, group sessions, individual coaching, and the creation of a supportive community all contribute to a holistic approach that strengthens women in a sustainable way.
Workshops and coaching as a strong foundation
The workshops and coaching sessions formed a central part of the project. They gave participants the opportunity to reflect on their strengths, clarify goals, and develop new perspectives for their personal and professional future.

Now that this phase has come to an end, it represents much more than a formal milestone. For the participants, it has been a period of growth, learning, and encouragement. This is precisely what CoachingHer stands for: more self-confidence, more clarity, and more support in dealing with the challenges of family and work.
Online exchange between Germany and Italy
The next step brings together participants and coaches from Italy and Germany in an online exchange, where they can get to know each other, reflect on their experiences, and share what they have learned so far.
This German-Italian exchange is one of the most valuable elements of the project. Different perspectives, life experiences, and approaches come together, creating a space for mutual learning and deeper reflection.
A personal meeting at the end of the project
Another highlight is already approaching: at the end of March, some of the German participants will travel to Italy to meet in person for the final stage of the project, strengthen their connections, and celebrate the results achieved together.
This personal meeting captures the true spirit of CoachingHer: exchange, European cooperation, and sustainable relationships that continue beyond national borders.
Why this final phase matters so much
The final phase of CoachingHer shows that the project does not end with training sessions or coaching activities. Its aim is to create a lasting impact that goes beyond the official project timeline.
That includes stronger self-confidence, better time management, reduced stress in balancing work and family life, and access to an international community built on exchange and mutual support.
Looking ahead to the final sprint
After the intense workshops and coaching sessions, the last stage of the project is now beginning. The upcoming online exchange and the personal meeting in Italy show how much has already been achieved in recent months—and how valuable the connections created through CoachingHer have become.
With this final sprint, CoachingHer is moving toward a strong conclusion: shaped by encounters, reflection, international cooperation, and the celebration of shared results.
