CoachingHer Kick-off Meeting in Berlin: Launching a Strong EU Project

With the CoachingHer Kick-off Meeting in Berlin, the official starting point was set for a European project that aims to help women—especially mothers—better combine family life and professional development. Together with the partners BK CON, Plan B non-profit company for vocational education, and APS Intrecci, the project launch in Berlin was used to discuss strategies, content, and shared goals.

To achieve this, CoachingHer combines several elements:

• a 20-hour training programme in Germany and Italy

• group and individual coaching sessions for goal-setting, motivation, and decision-making

• a community and European network for exchange, peer learning, and long-term support
