CoachingHer Training Programme for Mothers: Practical Learning

14. April 2025

At the online meeting on 14 April 2025, the international CoachingHer team worked on a key element of the project: a practical 20-hour training programme designed to help mothers develop their personal and professional potential.

CoachingHer Training Programme for Mothers: Another Milestone in the Erasmus+ Project

On 14 April 2025, the international CoachingHer team met online once again to take another important step within the Erasmus+ project. The focus of the meeting was the development of a future training programme for mothers that is intended to be practical, effective, and relevant to everyday life.

Together, the project partners defined the training needs as well as measurable target values that will serve as the foundation for the planned programme. In this way, a central part of the project became more concrete: a learning offer designed to support mothers in developing their personal and professional potential.

A practical training programme with a clear goal

CoachingHer aims to strengthen women, and especially mothers, in their personal development and professional orientation. The planned training programme is therefore not only meant to provide knowledge, but also to offer concrete support for everyday life and open up new perspectives for the future.

During the online meeting, the partners worked intensively on identifying which topics mothers really need and how the impact of the training can be measured. This approach is essential: the programme should not only be well intentioned, but also practically useful and sustainably effective.

Training needs and measurable goals at the centre

An important part of the meeting focused on identifying which competencies and topics will be especially relevant for the future training. The aim is to create a programme that responds to real challenges and helps mothers strengthen their existing abilities while developing new skills.

At the same time, measurable goals were defined. This helps ensure that the training programme is not only meaningful in content, but also guided by clear development objectives. In this way, a solid basis is created for a programme that can truly support women in their personal and professional growth.

A 20-hour training programme for mothers

The planned training will consist of 20 hours in total. This creates a structured learning framework with enough space for relevant topics, practical exercises, and personal development.

What matters most is the combination of practical relevance and impact. The training programme is not intended to overwhelm mothers with abstract content, but to provide them with concrete tools and impulses that can be applied in daily life and at work. This is one of the strengths of CoachingHer: support should be tangible, realistic, and motivating.

Unlocking personal and professional potential

CoachingHer seeks to help women become more aware of their abilities and develop them with confidence. Mothers in particular often already possess many valuable skills, which are used naturally in family life but are not always recognised as strengths.

The future training programme is meant to make these potentials visible and to help develop them further. It is about encouraging women to rediscover their possibilities, define their goals more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence.

International cooperation as a strength of the project

As with previous project meetings, this online session once again showed how valuable international cooperation is within CoachingHer. Different perspectives, experiences, and approaches come together and make it possible to create a training programme that is broad in vision and at the same time practical in design.

Especially in topics such as balancing family and work, personal development, and empowerment, all partners benefit from cross-border exchange. CoachingHer thrives on this shared European work on solutions that can strengthen women in a sustainable way.

Looking ahead to the upcoming training

With the definition of training needs and measurable goals, another important milestone has been reached. The planned CoachingHer Training Programme for Mothers is now taking clearer shape.

As soon as the training is fully developed, it will be presented — and interested mothers will be warmly invited to take part. We are looking forward to bringing this next step to life and making the programme visible.
