A journey full of encounters, exchange and European cooperation: at the final CoachingHer meeting in Campi Salentina, project partners and participants from Germany and Italy came together once again.

On 2 March 2026, participants from Italy and Germany met online in the Erasmus+ project CoachingHer. The meeting focused on reflecting on workshops and coaching sessions, sharing experiences, and looking ahead to the in-person meeting in Italy at the end of March.

In the Erasmus+ project CoachingHer, group and individual coaching sessions created spaces for empowerment, exchange, and personal growth in Germany and Italy.

With the completion of workshops and coaching sessions, CoachingHer reaches another important milestone. The final project phase focuses on exchange between participants and coaches from Germany and Italy, as well as on networking and shared reflection.

The CoachingHer workshops in Germany and Italy created space for exchange, learning, and personal growth, with a strong focus on balancing work and family life.

At the online meeting on 14 April 2025, the international CoachingHer team worked on a key element of the project: a practical 20-hour training programme designed to help mothers develop their personal and professional potential.

During an online working meeting, it became clear what CoachingHer stands for: empowering mothers in Europe, creating new perspectives, and supporting women through coaching, skills development, and a strong network.

With the kick-off meeting in Berlin, CoachingHer officially began. Together with the project partners, the team developed initial strategies to support women—especially mothers—through training, coaching, and a strong European network.
